We've got your good folks, your shining stars, your "Oops, I made a few craters" individuals, and, of course, the few who thing they are the eliete and who've mastered the art of believing they're celestial beings just because they work for the Almighty Organisation of Dominance (sounds fancy, doesn't it?).
Now, laws, my dear friend, are like those signs in the grocery store that say, "Don't squeeze the fruit." Most people get it; they understand the rules, and they even enjoy a little rule-bending here and there, just for kicks. But then, there's this rare breed who thinks they are the rules.
